Versa 2 broken screen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve owned my versa 2 for exactly 4 months and today I noticed that the glass is broken from top to bottom of the screen and I have no idea how it happened. London drugs says they won’t warranty it and told me to go straight to Fitbit but I haven’t been able to get their live chat to work. Help.

Hello @SunsetRunner

Fitbit customer service information can be found here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I understand your having difficulty with live chat. The link I provided will also provide a link to message them directly if calling them directly isn’t possible.
😉 I hope this provides you with the answer you were seeking

I got ahold of them on Flickr.  They won’t do anything except give me 35% off another Fitbit.  Apparently they don’t warranty screen breakage even if there is no apparent impact point.

🥺 I’m sorry it wasn’t covered. I don’t work for Fitbit so I not 100% sure on all the fine details about what Fitbit Warranty covers: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1126.htm

I meant Twitter, I got ahold of them on Twitter. It’s sad that normal use clause doesn’t include a broken screen with no apparent impact point.
