My Versa 2 doesn't turn on

My Versa 2 died in a sudden death. When I contacted the help desk. They suggested that I clean the charging leads on the watch and station with hand sanitizer. Then recharge the unit. The watch :watch:️ is gone.

The only other solution:

35% off a new watch :watch:️. After reading this page. Fitbit has a problem that needs to be fixed. The watch has a lifespan of approximately 2years. A warranty won't fix this problem.
