Hello,
On my Versa Lite, a replacement was sent to me. The replacement seems to be missing some features. I'm finding two issues so far......
1. When I set alarms - there is no option for smart wake.......does not even show up on on the screen of the fit bit.
2. With my defective fit bit, I could save 5 different clock faces. When I go in and try, it does not give me an option to save any faces, it just changes the clock. My screen doesn't even show the + to add other clocks.
My version is updated - the phone and the fit bit. I have restarted it.
Any suggestions?

Hello @Kmulheman3 and welcome to the Help forums. You say that your Versa Lite is a replacement. Can you double check and make sure you have the current firmware? The current is version is 38.70.8.0. From time to time, there is a firmware update between the time a device is manufactured and when it is put into use. If you replacement doesn't the current firmware, it usually shows up as a device update in 24-48 hours.

My firmware version is 38.33.1.30 - I have had this for 4 days now and it has not updated. How do I get the firm ware to update?
