Help! My Clock screen has gone black. I can still see the battery in the top left corner but the clock is gone. When I swipe to the right I still can see my apps. Plugging it into charge has not helped. Any suggestions?

Based on the information that was shared in your post, this seems to be a problem with the clock face itself rather than the display of your Versa 2. That said, I recommend you to change the clock face of your Fitbit and let me know if the issue persists.

Something else you may want to look at is the Permissions for the clock face.
For instance, if I toggle Activity I no longer have steps on my clock face.
Just a thought.
