Missing functions on Versa

Dear Moderator,

The following functions are disappeared.

 - "Exercise", "Water", "Food", "Weight", "Badges"

.moreover:

- "Step this hours", appeared when I take the "hours of today" (thatbefore was always visible)

- "avarage resting" missing too

I have full version Versa 

SW version: 32.33.1.30

If necessary I able to give you the MAC address

troubleshooting which I already take

- reading forum, - but not specifized how to solve the issue 

- already checked Watch, Pc, Phone app settings - still not find answer

- restart the device - minimum 1 minute off before turn it on again - nothing change (I tried 2-3 times)

- check the following update informations - "bug fixing" which is ot necesarly cover the missing functions

Let me help you with your missing Versa functions and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is really odd. I suggest you restart your device again by following these instructions. If the issue persist then do a Factory Reset and set up your Versa again.

All the missing fuctions are back, I highly appreciate your fast reply.

Mission accomplished

what I did:

 1, factory reset

 2, deleted versa from the account

 3, set up as new

 4, wait a day

Moreover I got lots of help from AlavaroFitbit
