I have had a charge 2 for years and just upgraded to a versa at Christmas and I am finding that exercise is not tracking well. I seem to have to reboot the Fitbit multiple times a week to get it to update exercise in my app. I can have many active minutes but no exercise, and when the exercise does track it seems to be much shorter than the actual time done. For instance last week I did a 45 min cardio class, went for a 25 minute walk and then didn’t a 20 min workout video in the evening and all the active minutes showed up but none of it tracked as exercise.  Feeling frustrated with the versa after looking so forward to getting one.

Also battery life seems pretty weak and I’m not using music or anything fancy on it.

Mine is doing a similar thing, I've only had mine for a week today but its only saying I've done one day of exercise on my actual watch but I've done four, it shows on the app on my phone but not my watch. The watch is also not updating my sleep on the watch but is on the app. But also having trouble syncing it to my phone. I've followed all the steps on here with no success. It just syncs when it wants. I've even reset my fitbit and it's still not updating the correct data on my device. So dissapointing.

I am having same issues. My sleep connects and is correct on my phone but my watch has been stuck on one day. Same with days of exercise. TY

Hi, I seem to have fixed my issue by unpairing the fitbit from Bluetooth in my phone settings and it seems to sync more accurately. It's because my phone isn't a tested device with fitbit so it doesn't run as accurate as other mobile devices. However since unpairing the Bluetooth it seems to work fine. It does reconnect occasionally but I just unpair it again. Hope that helps.
