Yesterday when I swiped up on my versa all my info was in the today section. Today half is missing. There are only 4 sections showing when there should be 6. My cycle tracking is missing, and my hourly steps. When I check in the settings it tells me that theoretically my hourly steps are showing and I don’t even have the choice to select cycle tracking as there isn’t a button to click. But I know it’s selected because if I tried to add in a few new stats I can only pick 6 not the 7 it tells me. Yesterday all the options were there.
I’ve restarted my watch more times that I can count, I restarted my phone, I’m uninstalled the app twice (which made me sad as I lost the old dashboard that I loved). I’m completely lost as it what is going on.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with some of your stats missing in "Today" section. I am sorry that you are going through this situation, I totally understand how you are feeling. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts by uninstalling the app, restarting your watch and checking the display's settings. I recommend changing the clock face on your watch, please switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I’ve never used anything aside from the Fitbit factory clockface (it’s my favourite). My cycle data showed up the next day however my hourly step data is still MIA. It does not matter if it’s toggled on or off as it refuses to show up!
