Hi, Iam using versa. From past 2 weeks, the mobile application downgraded to the older version and several time it's crashed.. I tried to reinstall almost 10 times.. still it continues.. Also syncing also it's hectic.. every time I need to restart my phone and versa device.. Iam sick..

Hi @Fazal I think your asking about the Fitbit app on an unknown phone. You mention downgrade, but I'm not sure what was downgraded.
This is the Versa hardware support, may I ask what phone?
Have you tried force stopping the app? Removed the app, restarted phone to clear out app remains, then installed app?
