So I did the factory reset since it wouldn't sync with my phone. When I hit the reset button, it went blank and then never turned back on. I've held all the buttons trying to get it to turn on, put it on the charger and still nothing.

What reset button did you hit. To turn on the Versa hold in both the left and lower right buttons. This is also the restart.

 

As for a factory reset, you have just added more problems to work through. We will need to know which phone you have to be able to help
