My daughter has managed to remove my device from my fitbit app on my phone & I've accidentally knocked the screen so now its pin locked & its not connected to my phone to unlock the pin. It won't reconnect as a new device as I can't see the pairing pin on the screen as it just says unlock with your phone. Any help please??
tried the 3 button reset with absolutely no luck.

This requires a factory reset, that Support can help with.
Once your back up, please set the pin for Fitbit Pay only.
