This is happening to me as well with my versa, i used my iphone all day to track my steps, my fitbit at home. i went into the fitbit app before leaving work and it showed all my steps. as soon as i got home after work and was in range of my fitbit again it erased the iher data that was already synced into the app.
very frustrating.

It's great to see you around @Ayomi77 and @Case13. @genmullis Welcome to the Community. Regarding to your inconvenience with MobileTrack, are you syncing your MobileTrack information before syncing your tracker? If you aren't, that's the reason why your information is being deleted, you need to sync first your MobileTrack information and then your tracker.
Let me know if it helps.

I am having this problem too. I used my iphone all day at work to track my steps, I synced it with the fitbit app on my phone my last break, then when i got home an within range if my versa again it erased the already synced data from my phone from the day.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Wickjenn! Thanks for sharing the inconvenience that you have with mobile track, I'm sorry to hear that your steps were erased. I appreciate all the details you provided they're really helpful. If you haven't done so please try these steps:
1. Accrue steps using mobiletrack
2. Sync your Fitbit tracker (all mobiletrack steps are 'lost')
3. Switch off bluetooth on your phone. Fitbit app states it can't sync
4. Go to mobiltrack in your devices list and click 'sync now'. Mobile track steps should reappear.
5. Turn bluetooth back on and sync tracker. All device should have all steps.
You can also try unparing the Versa from your account and only use mobile track to register your steps, try syncing then and see if the steps remain recorded on you app afterwards.
Let me know how it goes!

This has been happening to me for months. I keep returning to this forum when I search issue online. The “fix” above doesn’t work. As soon as I turn Bluetooth back on, all of my mobile track steps disappear again.
this issue has been reported by users for the past six years? Is Fitbit doing anything to fix it?
