Mobile Track is a feature that lets us you use a phone's sensors (on certain phones only) to track your activity rather than using a fitbit device. There's a good guide to it here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1875/

So deleting it would be fine? Hopefully be more accurate then?

Can't see an issue with deleting it but also can't see how that will make the versa any more accurate.

Your Fitbit tracker has priority over mobile track, which is designed to count steps when the tracker is unable to.
This is a function of the app and not the Versa.
