I've had my Versa for just over four months, and every month I've had to do a hard reset to get it to work properly (showing wrong time, alarms not working, etc.) or it will go to the logo screen by itself. The last time it did it the battery was completely drained. Am I the only one having issues like this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
The last time I contacted customer support they were all "well, it's synced at such and such and clean the connections".

@wyrd_writer No, this should not be happening. If I were you, I would reach out to the Customer Support. If it keeps randomly rebooting itself (logo screen), battery is draining without any particular reason (i.e. 3rd party clockfaces or apps consuming too much battery), I would suspect a bigger problem. Do reach out to CS.
