Not all functions working

My Versa used to show route, split times, heart rate, calories burned, impact on day.

Past few runs only shows heart rate, calories burned and impact on day.

How do I get the most useful two features back?

@JB1967 It seems like your GPS is not connecting or the connection is lost. What phone model and OS do you have? Also, which version of the Fitbit mobile app are you running?

its a Moto android less than 2 years old.

On Tesco though I think the piggy-back on EE.

Its a Fitbit Versa.

Odd thing is has worked normally many times until recently....

@JB1967 would you happen to remember when it stopped working? Perhaps it coincides with one of the updates?

within the past week

I took it back to the shop where purchased - they checked for updates but apparently not

I'll maybe try and uninstall and reinstall anyway and see what happens - will post what happens

@JB1967 I'm thinking about Fitbit mobile app update. I would try rolling back a version or too aka installing older build - perhaps 2.87?
