Versa won't sync all of a sudden

I have force stopped, uninstalled, reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth off and on. I have tried EVERYTHING. Now it is saying it can't sync to versa becausb of "incorrect passcode or pin"! What??! Cannot figure this out. It was working just fine two days aag, now this.
