So I’ve been having A LOT of issues with my Versa lately. (Since around the beginning of January, so very close to the time of the latest firmware update.) I’ve restarted my FitBit itself multiple times and even went the route of factory reset since I’m getting a little frustrated.
As far as I can tell, I’ve got everything up-to-date. Versa: version 32.70.7.14; iOS app: version 3.13.
Here’s my list:
1. My Versa itself (if you look in the “about” tab under “settings”) shows no IP address and that wi-fi is turned off. If this is a setting that I somehow changed personally (if I did I wouldn’t know how and I definitely want the wi-fi on), how do I turn wi-fi back on?
2. Any app or setting that involves wi-fi (such as the Weather app) will not work. Keeps telling me to access the apps in the FitBit app - I do, update settings as need be, but things still do not work on the FitBit itself.
3. After I did the factory reset, the “Today” screen on my FitBit will only show steps, active hours, and heart rate. Prior to updating, if I tapped “Settings” at the end of my stats, I could choose up to 7 items to be tracked. (I had sleep, exercise, and water in there before.) Now, the “settings” tab only shows the ability to choose the three items already being tracked, with no option to add more. Why is this.
If anyone can clue me in as to how to fix these issues, I would greatly appreciate it. I spent far too much on my Versa to only have it function as an over glorified digital watch.
