Multiple Versa issues

I received my Versa as a gift 11 months ago. This device and associated apps worked without fault until November of 2019.  The first issue noticed was my device would intermittently unpair and re-pair with my earbuds during workouts.  Next, data would not easily synch with the mobile app, as in, it took multiple attempts of manually refreshing the app to enable synching.  Next, the same issues occurred with the desktop app while trying to synch music to the device.  Then, when the intermittent issue morphed into a total "synch stoppage", I performed a factory reset and updated the firmware.  After performing these steps, the tracker and HR monitor became wildly inaccurate, indicating I took over 2000 steps from my bedroom to my garage when in reality that distance is more in the 150 step neighborhood while my pulse raced steadily at 180 BPM (my RHR is 65 BPM).  I performed a second factory reset and firmware update and was unable to link to my home WiFi.  All other faults seemed to be resolved.  Yesterday, I synched a new music playlist onto my device and set the device on the charger overnight.  Now, this morning the Bluetooth function refuses to pair with any device in close proximity to the Versa.  In fact, this Versa does not "see" any Bluetooth devices in close proximity.  Any possible solutions?
