Multiple issues with Versa 2

My Versa 2 is not even 1 year old but i started to experience many problems in these last weeks. 

It doesn’t sync, it shows different data then app shows, it does not vibrate all the time when it suppose to. 
I did restart it many times, I restarted app, network - you name it. But it’s just don’t perform as well as before.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Fitbit. I understand this can be frustrating, but I'm sure myself and others on this forum can help you find a resolution. I would recommend doing a factory reset of your Versa, so you can start with a clean slate. Then try setting it up as a new device. Below are the steps for a factory reset. 

To do a factory reset:

  1. Swipe to the Setting (gear icon) on your Versa
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select About
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select Factory Reset.

Hei! I did what you said and it worked for like 3 days. Today its not syncing even clock showing wrong time, it did shut down by it self. I tryed everything: restarted phone, app, deleted device, restarted many times. NOTHING works
