Multiple issues with Versa

I recently switched my phone from an iphone x to galaxy note 10+ and I've had a lot of issues with my versa since. I dont receive text notifications anymore, and sometimes my calls won't come through either. Also my notifications will sometimes be delayed, showing up after I've already looked at the notification on my phone. My other issue is that sometimes it won't sync and the app tells me it cannot locate my device. I have to restart it to get it to finally sync. The last problem I have with it is that everytime I put in my weight on my versa, it changes it to some crazy number that's about 150lbs off from the number I entered. Went to the app to fix it and now it's taken off steps and calories that were on there this morning. I never had any of these issues with my iphone.

Let me help you with your Versa not syncing nor getting notifications consistently and your weight and missing steps. Your device won't get notifications if it isn't syncing correctly so lets address this issue. You can try the following:

1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
2. Restart your phone and restart your device. 
3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Regarding the missing steps after you corrected your weight, did you log any activities for that date? Was any activity deleted or added at that time. This could be a factor affecting your data for that day. Could you also share a screenshot of the logged activities for that day?
