I have had my versa for 2 years now. I have had some issues with syncing but nothing major until now. 4 days ago, it turned off on me about 1 kilometre in to my run then didn't track my distance accurately like it usually does (yes I was connected to my phones GPS). The next day, it turned off on me again. When I turned it back on, the touch screen wasn't working at all. I did a factory reset (multiple times and then finally the next day, it was back to normal. This lasted about 4 hours. Then it stopped vibrating. notifications were showing up on the screen but my watch wouldn't vibrate. I tested the vibration motor using the timer function, as suggested, and... Nothing... I turned it on and off 3 times and now it won't sync, won't check my heart rate continuously, the green blinking light under it for the heart rate isn't flashing, the distance is not being calculated properly, won't vibrate at all for anything, won't give me my notifications at all anymore. I have checked all setting, permissions, connections and still no luck. Is this due to an update? Or am I hooped and need to buy a new smart watch?

Also to add, the last time I did the factory reset, it wouldn't get past the fitbit symbol on the screen until I updated it on my phone app. I'm not sure if the issues are from the recent updates?
