Versa 2 not working, only showing Fitbit logo

My Versa 2 suddenly stopped working and is only showing the fitbit logo. I've tried turning it on and off multiple times and letting it charge all day. Only shows the logo when you push the bottom on the side, even after holding the button down to restart it or turn it on/off.

Sounds like its not setup for some reason.

Hi!

I've had this watch since the beginning of the year and had everything set
up. The app isn't showing anything needing to be set up.
