I was given the Fitbit Versa as a gift for my birthday in October of 2018. It worked great for me - I loved that it tracked steps, calories burned and especially, my workouts. The first problem I had was when I tried to sync music. I downloaded the Fitbit software onto my computer and even with high speed internet, have never been able to load music onto my watch. Early December, the Versa stopped syncing to my phone and I had to shutdown the watch or re-download the app to get it to work again. Right after Christmas, the watch screen started blinking and after further inspection, I noticed that the clock face was not working at all - it did not display steps, the right time, battery %. I reset the watch to factory settings and it worked fine for a few days. Then, the clock stopped working and the screen said that I needed to sync to the app and to select a new clock. After I completed that, the screen worked for a day or so and the same message appeared. I did the same thing - downloaded a new clock face. Nothing. I shut the watch down. Nothing. I cannot use either of the buttons on the right side now in addition to the same message being displayed on the watch face about needing to choose a new clock. After going onto the app, I downloaded a new clock but the same message still displayed on the screen. ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS HELP I JUST WANT A WORKING WATCH FOR ONCE AHHHHH!

Hi, it seems that your choosen Face is the main problem. Change it to one of Fitbit Developed one, e.g. "Layers" which is the default one. Reboot your Versa (I assume how that works) and see if the problems are solved.

This has worked! (for now) I appreciate your help but I am skeptical with all of the other issues the watch has had in such a short period of time. We'll see if it sticks.

Really hope your problems are solved. To just add a little positive message between all the negative ones about the Versa: My Versa works flawlesly and lasts about 6 days on one charge. This is not meant as criticism, but as a matter that the Versa can also be a very good device!
