Hey everyone,

 

 

I juts got the Fitbit Versa. I've set everything up nicely but when opening the music control to try to go forward\back on Spotify tracks it increases\decreases volume instead.

 

Oddly, the "next track" button will decrease the volume and the "previous track" button will increase it.

 

 

Any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention, I'll be happy to assist you with it. Tell me, since when have you experienced this issue? Is this happening only with Spotify or have you used Music Control with another app and experienced the same?

 

At this moment, I would like to ask you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, open Music Control and check if this corrected the issue.

It's really frustrating to not able to switch songs on my phone(MI A3 Android one) through my versa!

This is one of the key selling feature.

 

Pls fix this ASAP.

I'm having the same issue now. Already restart my fitbit versa 2. My phone is Mi 9T Pro with android 10 and MiUi 11.

Yes, seems like MI phones are not supported.
