Just switched from a Charge 2 to a Versa and I cannot find the Music icon on my dashboard so I can download songs.

I cannot get my Versa 2 to sync with my phone or my earbuds, I cannot find the Music icon to download music, and a host of other issues.  I have had this two days and I think I am sending it back.

I have had the app on my Galaxy S8 for 2+ years as I had a Charge 2.
