Recently purchased a Versa 2 - Have been trying to- transfer music to the watch - Following steps properly but is not working - Highly frustrated at this point. Any suggestions or anyone having same problem?

I have a Versa 1, but I would assume that this would be the same for the 2. It takes a VERY long time to transfer music onto the Versa. I use a Win10 machine to do it, and after intiaiating the transfer, it stays a VERY long time on the screen that reads "Preparing to transfer", or something like that. There have been times where it may take a few hours to finally complete, but it does eventually complete the process.
So, if you happen to see "Preparing to transfer" (or something similar to that), just let it be. It will eventually transfer the music onto Versa.
