Music control issues

I cannot reliably get the music control to work on my Versa connected to my Android Pie phone. It is showing as Bluetooth (Versa Classic) connected on both my phone and on the watch (the little green phone icon), but rarely shows the track information or controls. Sometimes even without it showing the controls or track informatino, I can still push the top and bottom buttons to change volume but nothing else works.

I'm not sure why you chose the route of a Bluetooth HID/input device for music control. Why not implement a similar mechanism that Pebble had, where it simply manages the music control through the Fitbit phone app?

@WebAsh I noticed that when mine gets stuck, I need to forget Versa Classic, and then Toggle the sources (phone/watch) several times on my Versa. Sometimes it takes ages, but will eventually kick in... 😕

Yeah it's fairly inconsistent. I switched from the grey/silver Versa to the black one, and initially had no data connectivity for clock faces. After setting up music connectivity and a few other things all seem to be fairly robust now but it doesn't make any sense as to how I got there... hopefully they mature this OS sooner rather than later 🙂

@WebAsh it seems to be more related to phone OS and the Fitbit mobile app. For some it works great, for others not so much.
