Hi everyone
The music control on my Versa 3 always stops working. I have to forget the device on my phone (Versa 3 command) and pair it again. I never had a problem with the bluetooth device on my Pixel phone.
Can you tell if other people have similar problems. It's very unpleasant!
Thanks for feedback

@Guy_ I found the problem I think
I have a Kid with a Fitbit Ace 3. And the only way to see the data is to switch in Kids Mode (you can correct me if there's a other way and I hope so)
After switching back to my Fitbit Versa 3 the watch work normaly and the date is synchronise but the music control and the Google assistant are reset and do not work anymore until I restart my watch and I pair booth services.
If I can see the data via the website I do not have to change view on my phone and it will be ok. But I dont find anyway to see the data on the online on my dashboard and I dont understand why ?
I hope you have another solution. @Guy_ By the way I really appriciate your tips. Thanks again

Hi @MarkMori - it seems there is a syncing problem which can be created if the Fitbit App is not always running in background, due possibly to battery saving. try
On the phone check battery optimizations [the options may be different in your version]

Also there are 2 Bluetooth entries, Versa 3 and Versa 3 Controls. The latter one can be configured. Input may need to be turned on, but won't stay on if not in use.

Thanks for your time but actually battery settings was already ok. And also same problem with Google assistant not reachable begin to happen. Restart the watch or phone fixed the problem for a while without changing anything. But always come back very annoying.

@MarkMori- did you check Bluetooth as well?
Try the SimpleCheckUp app.
This will tell you when you last synced and more importantly if its connecting to the Fitbit App, directly on the watch, if Music Controls stops working, to get a better picture of the problem.

Hi
It's happening again. Almost every 2 or 3 days but no problem with other device like headphone, car and others Bluetooth devices.
Here the grab of Simple check. I can fix the problem by restarting the watch or the phone.
Thanks for your help and time
Mark

@MarkMori- thanks for the photos, that's useful information, it tells you it was connected 6 hours ago but can't connect now, your watch battery is good, so there is an issue on the phone.
You will need to experiment, with either clearing the cache & force stop the Fitbit App or logout and login. The latter has the benefit of repairing and relinking the watch.
After you login, go to the home screen on the phone without closing the Fitbit App, and you should get a sync popup. Click on that popup and it should do the repairing and linking so you know its good.

Thanks for the workaourd and support
I try logout login/logout and clearing the cache/force stop . It's working for 2 days and I did not need to restart my phone.
But the connection never last from more than 2 days until it disconnect the versa control and/or Google assistant.
The versa 3 sync data always work.
So It's look like the problem come from the watch or the app. Do you have others suggestions ? I found this very frustrating
Thanks for your time

It's always off on my phone
I'm turning off adaptive preference, but at this point I'll say you need to fix the Fitbit app.
I previously had a Pebble, Garmin and Amazfit GTR never had that kind of disconnect to control the music.
