I got some new earbuds today for my versa. I set them up and the quality sounds horrible. It sounds distorted and like there is static. I thought it was the earbuds so I returned them and got new ones, but had the exact same issue. I used the earbuds with my phone and computer and it sounded fine, only having the issue when I use music on my versa. I rebooted my versa, unpaired the earbuds and then paired them again and also did a factory reset, but still nothing has worked. Is there a fix? Its really frustrating trying to workout with this nonsense.
@RubanoJ I am afraid your earbuds may not be compatible with Versa. what's the model? Have you tried connecting other audio device to versa to check the sound quality?
Best AnswerI've used the same brand since I got my versa they are the jlab earbuds. It has to be this new update we had because they were working perfect before I updated the watch.
