I gotva Versa about a month ago and was very disappointed in the quality of music....it was very choppy and high pitched.  Seemed there was no solution and I was ready to return the watch.  Somewhere I read the problem is with Bluetooth 5.0.....I searched on Amazon abd found an older version of Bluetooth a version 4.1.  That solved the problem.  Music now works great.  Just wanted to share this for othe

Are you saying you somehow changed the Versa bluetooth version?

Or did you get a different set of earphones with older bluetooth version?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I thought I replied....but maybe it didn't go through.  I got a new set of Bluetooth headphones.  They are MPOW  H17 ANC.  I got them on Amazon...they are Bluetooth version 4.1.....the other ones I have are a version 5.0.  The 5.0's work great on all devices except the Versa.  Somewhere someone said the Versa works with other than the 5.0.  Im thrilled the new headphones are working.   Otherwise I would have been returning the Versa.  I wish Fitbit would let people know there is an easy  fix for the problem.   And there have been enough complaints on this board and others.....Fitbit IS well aware of the problem!!!!  Yet when I chatted with Fitbit, they said I had a faulty watch and should exchange it!!!!
