Surely it must be time for a new model fitbit.
Rather than fix all the issues with the current ones, you must have left it long enough now that irate customers will buy the next version in the naive belief that maybe it will work better than the one they currently have.
I got excited when I got 2 breathing rate score in a row this week, the 3rd and 4th that I have received in 6 months of owning my Versa 3. But no, back to no readings after that.
And now Readiness score has stopped working.
Come on fitbit, you have a ready customer waiting here, with cash burning a hole in his wallet, for the next release, with all it's inherent promise.......
@TrickyDee it looks as if you haven't been following the news. Generally new models get released in the fall.
Best AnswerReadiness score stopped this week can't see my week on it. But today voice assistant has stopped, last week I lost all calories logged bar chart for the week Just like that, the app just seems to be so broken, will not be renewing my premium subscription and once my Fitbit packs up will be off to Garmin like all my Fitbit friends have done over the past two years. Sorry Fitbit but you are advertising on TV all these great things about Fitbit, but in reality Fitbit is becoming more and more broken as the weeks go on
Best AnswerStill no breathing rate, and still no readiness score.
Must be about time that someone from Fitbit weighed in to tell us to contact support......pointless.
Or to tell us that they are aware of the problem and are working on it......embarrassing.
These seem to be the only two comments that get fed back to the problems, some of which have been reported for years (breathing rate).
And as to the missing basic functionality (manual water lock, adding names to alarms), then add it to the suggestions page where it can be voted for in the thousands, but completely ignored.
Only been with fitbit for 5 months, but as soon as my Versa 3 packs in completely, which surely can't be long from what I've seen, I'll be going elsewhere.
Or tell you to uninstall and reinstall the app. Even if everyone voted with their feet Fitbit would still deny any issues.
Best AnswerI'd be pretty confident the exercise heart issue will be resolved in upcoming models. I don't Fitbit could fix it in the already released Sense and Versa 3 though. And I'd certainly watch for input about it before buying this time. I blindly trusted Fitbit and was very disappointed in the Versa 3.
