Mutiple issue with Versa since last update

Since my last update: sleep not being tracked. Says that I went to be 6 hrs after I really did,

I wake up and before I refresh/update my steps are correct on my watch but after update have 1500 to 2000 steps vs the 180 on watch, call and txt alerts not showing on watch on regular basis. Any ideas?

I'm having very similar issues with my sync between my Versa and the app.  I have only had sleep actually track last night, but I wear the watch every night.  Today my step count on my versa is 4575 but on the app it says 622 and it counted less than 200 steps on Monday & Tuesday this week.

I am having the same not syncing issues between the app and the device.  I have tried everything under the sun and its just not working.  Whats up????

Hi Justine, I have opted to remove the app from my phone, delete the watch and start all over as a new set up. I am hoping this will reset everything, but we'll see.

The latest firmware update has basically ruined all features on the Versa. I've seen the following issues reported and experienced most of them also:

  • Mismatch in data,
  • syncs not working correctly,
  • heartrate monitor not working,
  • device not powering up/shutting down properly,
  • wallet losing cards,
  • sleep not monitoring,
  • time not displaying correctly.
