I have, unfortunately, had this problem, where the versa screen turns black, but it still syncs and vibrates when I have a message. This is the 4th Fitbit Versa I'm on, over a 14month period. The same thing keeps happening! I contact support and a replacement is sent to me. For me, it's not about getting the replacement device. It's about having the product work.... and work well, considering how much it costs to purchase it! The replacement device is sent if still under warranty. My first device was purchased March 2019. Between then and now, I have had the black screen issue happen on 4 different Fitbit versas!!!!! This should raise a red flag with the company. There definitely is a manufacturing issue here! Apparently, I'm not the only one having this problem with the Fitbit Versa. I have read other people's posts with the exact same issues. At this point, I do not need a replacement. I'm done with Fitbit! There's absolutely no way a 5th Versa would behave differently from the 4 I have used over the past 14months. This post is just more of a feedback. Here's a dissatisfied customer. The product does not deliver, considering the cost of the product!

They wouldn't replace mine...said it was out of the warranty timeline (16 months). I'm frustrated as well considering this is obviously a recurring issue. I received mine as a gift and loved it so much I bought two as gifts for others. They only offered a discount. I think I'll save my money...a $200 watch should last more than this!
