“My Clock Faces” not showing

My old versa broke and needed a replacement. Prior to replacement I had saved three clock faces to My Clock Faces. Now that I’ve installed the replacement Versa and updated the app, My Clock Faces no longer appears. All I see is whatever clock I’ve currently chosen, nothing saves.

Hi @Chknlly. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around and I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for sharing that you got your replacement Versa and please know that since you've switched watches, you'll need to saved your clock faces one more time in the replacement watch. That said, may I know if the issue is with the clock faces not saving or is the My Clock Faces section not showing up?

In the meantime, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth from your phone and any other device nearby for this process.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app:

For iOS devices, see this article.
For Android devices, see this article.

  3. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Versa image > Sync now.
  5. Once it has synced and try saving your clock faces one more time.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
