im looking for a bit of advise with regards to my Fitbit Versa 2. I have had it since xmas and its been fab!! Over the last week it isnt vibrating at all! im at my wits end with it ive tried everything. Its not even vibrating when the alarm goes off or when i try my stop watch to which ive already been advised to do.
Help anyone please 😞

Best AnswerHello, yes I have several times. I’ve been in touch with customer support and whatever they have told me to do isn’t working so I’m getting a replacement tracker sent out due to it still being in warranty. Thanks for all your help.
