im looking for a bit of advise with regards to my Fitbit Versa 2.  I have had it since xmas and its been fab!!  Over the last week it isnt vibrating at all! im at my wits end with it ive tried everything.  Its not even vibrating when the alarm goes off or when i try my stop watch to which ive already been advised to do.  

 

Help anyone please 😞

Go to your Settings and make sure "Do not Disturb" is not ON and that "Vibration" is ON.

Thank you for your reply.  My DND is off and my vibration is on strong but still no luck! It’s still not working ☹️

Have you tried a  Restart and do it several times if necessary?

Hello, yes I have several times. I’ve been in touch with customer support and whatever they have told me to do isn’t working so I’m getting a replacement tracker sent out due to it still being in warranty.  Thanks for all your help.
