I gave my mom a Fitbit on christmas. I went to Usa and I bought one and she was super happy and enjoying. The battery died and she put to charge and Fitbit does not turn on anymore. We are very upset because she used for only 2 months a very expensive watch for us brazilian and it is not working anymore. We do not know where to take it to fix and we want our money back bc this is unacceptable!!!!!! Please we want an answer about this

My fit bit versa synced at 1:51 am then would not turn on at 7am, it also won't charge or show any info on face
