I bought my mum a Fitbit Versa for mother's day last year and just recently the screen has separated from the metal body/frame of the watch. It's still attached via the inner workings, it's just dangling off. The warranty only covered one year of usage and it's been longer than that since I purchased it so I can't get a replacement. How should I proceed? Is there a way I can fix it or does my mum just have to get a new watch?

Can I just check that you are not in Europe (as the warranty here is 2 years).
