I need help please, I think my Fitbit bit Versa is faulty. I tried to charge it but it’s not charging.
can anybody help?

Hi, before contacting Customer Support, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo each time and release the buttons. Maybe this will solve your problem. Also, did you try another USB port on your PC to charger it or, with the help of a approved adapter, connect it to a wall outlet. Try also cleaning the contacts of your Versa and the Charger with a cotton swab.

I've tried everything that suggested and unfortunately still doesn’t work.
