My Fitbit suddenly stopped working. I have followed all of the factory reset instructions and the screen is still black and there is no activity on the lights. I've had it for a couple of months.

Yes, I have tried all the suggested methods- holding down all 3 buttons, holding down 2 buttons as well as set up a new device. No change, there is still the black screen with no light movement.
