My Fitbit app crashed when I try to start it

I have a Moto Z3 which is not on the tested list but the Moto z is. When I start the app it sits there for a moment and crashes. I tried everything. When I go into my storage settings it looks like it's not even there. The app doesn't show up where it should.

Hi @ConnorN - Is your android updated to Android 7.0 or newer?  That is one of the requirements for the Moto.
