My Fitbit experience

I have had a fitbit since they first came out.  I have had multiple returned due to defective product.  I then upgraded to the VERSA and this is the second time its been replaced.  This is just a defective brand!  I received the second one in May 2019 and I am replacing it already.  What gives Fitbit?
