Versa 2 won't turn on

Hi, my screen has been stuck on a white glitch for 2 days but still tracking heart rate / sleep, etc, when I check the app but I am unable to see the screen. I have tried resetting the Fitbit and attaching it to charging cable but now the screen has gone completely black and no flashing light on the back monitor.

Hi @Karenleee1996 Try a Factory reset, but if that doesnt help then contact Support 

Fitbit Support  

 

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
