Versa Lite won't sync

My Fitbit is paired with my phone... but saying its not connected.

I think your saying that your Fitbit is connected to your Fitbit account, but not connected to your phone, @Arauch85 

On Android I would tap the message to connect, the operating system will pop up a window asking me if this is ok, I then tap yes. 

Not knowing your phone type, I can only speculate, but the user can not connect the tracker to a phone, this connection can only be done by the Fitbit app.
