The battery died so I put it on to charge and it maxes out at 78%. (It has been two days like this now). When I take it off the charger the screen goes blank and it is unresponsive and does not connect to the app. Then when I reconnect to the charger it says 0% all over again. Can’t reset it as it dies whenever it isn’t in the charging port. Help?

I just spoke with them she told me they dont do repairs but offered a new one with 35% off and a warranty not doing fitbit again had about 2years

Mine wasn’t even at the year mark yet so thankfully it was covered under the warranty but this is my third Fitbit over the years and none of them have made it past the two year mark so I will definitely be switching to an Apple Watch next time.
they weren’t able to match the color I had and they do not send you new bands or charger just the small screen portion for replacement. It’s pretty ridiculous what their services look like now.
