Hey guys,

So I’ve had my Fitbit under 6 months and I was super excited. For the past week, I haven’t used it and left it on the charger during the week’s time. My Fitbit doesn’t turn on anymore. Did the battery overheat or become damaged after being left on the charger for a week? Help!

Hi, it's possible that you battery has died due to overcharging. Did you left your Versa in the charger for a week and connected to your computer? In this case I would advice you to contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
