My Versa 2 Gave Up Recording Floors

Hello,

 

I definitely know that I have performed or logged at least 3 or 4 floors since I woke up this morning, and my Versa 2 is not showing any floors logged.

 

Is anyone else having this same problem?

Hello,

 

For the past 4 days, my Fitbit Versa 2 hasn't recorded any floors. I'm able to record floors by synching it with my Windows 10 laptop. I recently added some Bluetooth earbuds.

 

Can anyone tell me what the workaround is for this?

A couple of thoughts @br7250 

  • Make sure that as you walk up the stairs, your tracker is counting steps. No steps counted, no stairs will be counted. 
  • Check the barometer hole making sure it is not blocked.

I basically unpaired my bluetooth earbuds after restarting my versa 2, and
I think that fixed it.
