My Versa 2 battery is draining quickly

My versa 2 used to last almost 5 days on a full charge. I charged it yesterday morning, did not have any activities just normal use. This morning i had to charge it again. Only tracked 5000 steps then it died again saying battery 0%. It is just over 1 year old. No weird clock faces, fitbit developed one, no extra apps and only a few whatsapp notifications. Why would this be happening? How do i fix it? It is still under warranty as it has 24 months warranty but where do i send it to to ne fixed?

The same thing just started happening to me. I have a Versa and the HR tracker won't work (light doesn't come on at all) no matter what I do and now the battery's running out in a day, when a couple weeks ago I only had to charge it at most twice a week.
