After update, the watch face says it can’t read. I’ve updated, changed watch faces charged it fully before bed an done everything I have been told or ready about an nothing has helped! I really need this, it’s the only reason I got the Fitbit versa 2

There are some factors that can affect SpO2 data. To try to resolve the issue, please visit this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions.
