Hi, yesterday my versa 2 had an update.
This morning I received a call, and the screen stayed turned on with the call on it. I turned off the Bluetooth of my phone and it worked normally just for a few minutes, now my versa 2 doesn't work, I tried charging it but nothing happens. The screen is black
