My Versa 2 Android hasn't synced since 3/30. I rely on this Versa for accuracy due to heart problems. Using Android. This is what happens when you roll out a new product, Versa Sense, without allowing the programmers ample time to test how all products will react to the programming. Blame GOOGLE as they money grabbed Fitbit and pushed through a product simply to beat Apple. It didn't work. Now Apple is looking pretty good. This is what happens when corporate greed squashes corporate good.

Hi @Spokaloo
I'm sorry to see you are frustrated with Fitbit and Google. I too have had a few sync issues, but this type of stuff happened with technology, computers need to be rebooted, modems need to be unplugged, software needs to be updated. As a long time Fitbit enthusiast, I encourage you to have patience, restart your Versa 2, by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo, and give the brand some grace while they work out the bumps of the acquisition.

Try to unpair your device from your phone and in the Fitbit app (I think it says delete device or forget this device on your Fitbit app) and set it up as a new device. Worked for me and I hope it works for you 🙂
