I have a Versa 2. Last night it had a red X across the screen with a message about not syncing. I couldn't get the X to go away so I decided to restart it. I healed the button down, it came back on and showed the Fitbit Logo. Then it flashed a weird red battery symbol at me for a few seconds and shut down. That was the last time the screen was on.
I thought, maybe it's trying to tell me it needs charging? But that seems weird because earlier in the day it was 100% charged and these things hold a charge for days. I put it on the charger anyway. It gave a slight vibration when I connect it. It also gives a slight vibration if I hold the Versa 2's button down for about ten seconds. It's been on the charger for several hours now. I've tried all the troubleshooting listed here.
At this point, I don't know what to do. It's just dead, black screen. The only sing of life is an occasional vibration from connecting it to the charger or holding down its button for a while. I got this as a gift 10 months ago and it hasn't been abused. I know it won't live forever but ten months seems way too short for the life span of this product.
Any Thoughts?
Thanks, Scott

Mine as well! All of a sudden it doesn't work! I can't even charge it! Versa 2! I depend on it daily! I don't understand what is going on and refuse to believe that a 6 mtj old watch doesn't work.

Same with me. Two days ago I had a 33% charge and the watch died. No life at all. Won't charge, and not even a buzz or vibration when connected. Have tried to re-set multiple times! Aaargh!
